ly/perrin-careers We are currently seeking experienced Quality Control Technicians to support our embroidery teams on 2nd and 3rd shift.
Quality Control Technician serves as the subject matter expert for the embroidery team.
2nd Shift:
3:
00pm - 11:
00pm Monday-Friday (straight 8-hour shift) 3rd Shift:
10:
30pm - 7:
00am Sunday Night - Thursday Night Compensation:
$18-$23 per hour (dependent on experience)
Essential Functions:
Perform quality control checks Independently identify, troubleshoot and prevent common embroidery errors Provide quality feedback to operators and leadership Mentor and train embroidery operators on best practices Assist operators with daily functions as needed Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine best means for maintenance and repairs, whether it be outsourcing or performing the work in-house Perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma 4 years' experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment is required Embroidery experience is preferred Strong attention to detail is required Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is preferred Experience with Punto software is a plus Lean manufacturing or similar experience a plus Ability to demonstrate high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency Strong interpersonal skills Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with employees and all levels of manufacturing Ability to motivate employees in a positive manner and instill a passion to follow best practices Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements & Conditions:
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist on a regular basis Excellent vision including ability to adjust focus, close vision, distant vision, color awareness, and attention to small details.
Ability to stand and walk for 8
