As a Customer Service Representative, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers and supporting all customers in a professional manner.

Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities Educate our customers about our products and services Resolve questions and service issues for customers Determine opportunities for new sales Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times Customer Service Representative requirements Previous customer service experience preferred Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service Ability to handle difficult customer situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical-thinker and problem-solver Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
